If you are like me you probably watch too much Television. One great way to save money and to become more frugal is to cancel that expensive cable or satellite tv subscription. My televeision went out on me for a week and I was amazed at how many shows I could watch online and how many chores I worked on around my house.

With our economy plunging faster than the titanic we all need to figure out ways to become more frugal. Everyone is pinching pennies and there are 100`s of ways to do it. There is no right way to be a frugal shopper. You can do "frugal" however you wish.
Quick Frugal Tips
Use a cloth towel instead of paper towels in the kitchen
If you get cold in your house during the winter months instead of just turning up the furnace you can be frugal by simply putting on more clothing
Ride a bike or walk if your destination is not too far away
Purchase items off of craigslist or ebay, they might be second hand but they also might be just as good as new
Get hand me down clothing from friends and relatives
Cancel your cable television bill, it is very expensive to watch tv nowadays
When you family gets together for meals have everyone bring a dish
Go to your local farmers market to purchase food items instead of flocking to the more expensive super markets
Figure out how much you'd save if you gave up just one luxury (like coffee on the way to work) for a week, a month, a year, etc. After all, staying motivated really counts when you're saving money.
